Shyona Royston was born November 14, 1990 in Lansing, Michigan to Mary Royston (Irish decent) and Rashad Callahan (Nigerian decent). Many would describe her as a free spirit, go-getter and risk-taker. Growing up Shyona aspired to be a WNBA basketball player and later gained interest in the arts. She started modeling at age 10 and began taking drama classes in middle school where she did her first play. Upon graduating high school Shyona moved to Atlanta in pursuit of a career in the entertainment business. She started training at the professional actors studio and began to gain set experience as an extra on tv and film sets. Shyona appeared on multiple web series, and later landed her first professional acting role in "All Eyez on Me". She moved to Los Angeles to further her training at Ivana Chubbuck studio as well as continue working on her craft to take her career to the next level. She is driven and determined to make it in this industry and her confident demeanor along with her strong work ethic is sure to get her there.
