Victoria Marie is a Filipino-Canadian actress, singer/songwriter and dancer. Born: Victoria Marie O. Sawal, in Scarborough, Ontario-- participating in theatre programs, church plays, local talent shows/competitions, piano, vocal and dance training from the age of 5, happily crediting her start in film and most notable role to director Guillermo Del Toro. Spotted during her first set experience as a background actor, Victoria Marie was chosen to be upgraded to speaking role 'Woman in Refuge' for 'Pacific Rim' (2013). Immediately after making her debut in the award winning short film 'Beat' as lead role 'Iggy' (a shy illustrator whose heart visibly glows and beats through her skin whenever the girl of her dreams close by -- directed by Tricia Hagoriles).
