Growing up on Long Island as a small child, Loren Molloy, discovered a love and passion for movies and books, especially for works of horror. She feasted on books by Grimms Brothers and Edgar Allan Poe. She would write stories of her own, terrifying her classmates and teachers. In high school Ms. Molloy was taking college classes about English literature, Psychology, and Criminal Justice while also staying after school to be apart of every play and musical the school did. She discovered she loved all the aspects from lighting to props to script to directing to acting. After graduating college on Long Island Ms. Molloy used the topics she studied to write her books. After publishing her first horror novel, The Very Devil Herself, she was noticed and asked to help out on a film. Standing on that New York City rooftop, seeing the lights, the cameras, and hearing the word action lit a fire within Ms. Molloy to begin her own career in filmmaking. Ms. Molloy has won the Raven award as well as winning best young poet, founded and runs her own film production company called, #HappyHorrors Productions, under which she has produced feature films, several television shows such as Let's Party with Loren and also has more than six books published. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Loren Molloy
