Classically trained actor with action hero looks and skills. Vanja graduated 4 years Academy of Arts with major in acting. Previous to that he had a decade of amateur acting experience on TV, film and in the theater and a decade of professional experience after. Speaks English and Serbian. Born in Serbia (Former Yugoslavia), Vanja graduated from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade and got specialized in Mime and Non verbal theater learning from one of Jacques Lecoq's best students, Marica Naumovic Vuletic. During his first year of studies, Vanja got his first big theater role as an Action Man in a "Rebellion of the dolls" show that would take him on a world tour and ensure his place as an assistant in Mime and Nonverbal theater class. He than competed in the international Mime Festival with his own 30 minute show called "Evolution". Vanja played Adam in the Broadway's show adaptation "The Shape of Things" by Neil LaBute in big famous Serbian theater Atelje 212. Vanja plays acoustic guitar, electric guitar, drums and bass guitar. Played in numerous bands and worked on composing and live performing for film and TV. Vanja trained various martial arts earning black belt in Taekwondo and competing in Taekwondo and amateur MMA competitions.
